I have had an interesting journey navigating a childhood cancer that I was born with, called Neuroblastoma. As you can imagine this came with a lot of physical, mental, and emotional challenges for myself and those close to me. While I would not go back and erase any chapter, it is my goal to bridge the gap between defining the negatives as a constant reality and instead look at everything as sacred wisdom. I want to change the perspective of the audible gasp and dismay when I own my truth as a survivor. Because I was gifted with the vision it gave me for who I am today.

Instead of absorbing discomfort, conflict, or disease as setting myself below the bar of "normal" or "good enough" I adopted the fear, grief, isolation, depression, suppression, negativity and nursed those things as vigorously as the medical doctors nursed my body back to functioning. I still struggle with odds and ends of pain and experience emotional triggers now, but it has become less invasive to my day-to-day or creating a future. I attribute a lot of that to when I was unsure about things my Mom, Dad, Doctors often asked me to "listen to my body" for the answer. Now it's the most anchoring mantra I have.

So why does that matter now?

Because after all was said and done I knew exactly when I was ready to expand from clinging to the team that healed my body. I ventured into the world seeking to fulfill my soul and really live the life that was meant for me all along.

Bam. You guessed it I wanted to test my body and push past the fears of regressing or potentially hurting myself. That was SCARY, not true. I found wisdom from yoga, tantra, other ancient practices, energy work, and the spiritual sources I always gave thanks to and made it a priority to free my mind from that fear response. If you do not try, you will always fail to give yourself the freedom of the healing you seek.

I am here to show the world that healing comes in many forms, and it takes a team to foster true wellness. Every encounter we face is showing us something about ourselves and the world around us... After all, we do create our realities.

I am a deeply visual person constantly reading the energy, word choice, and subtle frequencies around me. Once I get a sense of those things I see what is often described as an aura. To me, I am intuitively looking at you in order to work with you in-session to help you tap into the vision YOU have, want, or are afraid to admit, ultimately giving you similar empowerment and enlightenment that I gained during my own healing journey.
